Terms of use & service notice
Memory Continuity provides moderated, QR-linked digital memorials and living heritage archives for cherished people and families. This page sets a practical information baseline for the public service and must be completed with the verified operator profile below before it is treated as a final legal notice.
Respectful use and content rights
You must have the right to submit any text, image, video, music, or personal information. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or rights-infringing content, or another person’s personal information without a valid legal basis. Memorial administrators may moderate, edit, suspend, archive, or remove content to protect families, visitors, and the service.
Public memorials and sharing
Only administrator-approved contributions are published. A memorial’s QR link can make approved material publicly accessible while that memorial is active. Do not treat the service as a sole archival or emergency record; maintain independent copies of material you wish to preserve.
Consumer contact
A consumer and incident contact channel must be supplied in the operator profile. Catalan consumer guidance expects businesses to provide information and address consumer complaints or incidents within the applicable period; the operator must configure the formal channel before offering paid services.
