Each contribution form requires an acknowledgement before it can be submitted. This agreement explains why the acknowledgement is requested and what happens next.
Your acknowledgement
By selecting the acknowledgement, you confirm that you have the right to contribute the material and that you understand the moderation and potential public-display process. The service records the acknowledgement version and time alongside the pending submission.
Limited memorial licence
If approved, you grant the operator and memorial administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited permission to host, technically adapt, moderate, display, and retain the material within that specific memorial and appropriate backups while the memorial remains active, subject to a valid withdrawal request or legal duty.
Removal requests
To request removal, contact the memorial administrator or the verified privacy contact. Requests are assessed with identity verification, the rights of other people, the memorial’s technical state, and any applicable retention obligation in mind.
