Physical remembrance · optional add-on
QR code medallions for headstones
A small physical marker can connect a place of remembrance with a digital memorial, where a life can be remembered through photographs, words and shared moments.
Delivery limitation: the optional physical bronze medallion is available only for eligible addresses in Spain; overseas delivery is not offered.
Made for meaningful connection
From a place to a story
The optional engraved bronze QR medallion is designed for a memorial setting. It links the physical place with a digital page that family and visitors can revisit. Placement and permissions should be checked with the site first.
Choose the optional medallion
The physical bronze medallion is an optional €89.00 add-on to a memorial plan, not a standalone purchase. Review the final charges and delivery details in checkout.
Plan its placement
Before installation, check the cemetery or monument owner's rules and ask an appropriate professional about the surface and fitting. A phone and internet connection are needed to open the linked page.
Useful details
Questions families ask
Where can the bronze medallion be delivered?
Physical medallion delivery is available only to eligible addresses in Spain. Overseas delivery is not offered. The delivery address is collected in checkout.
Can I install it on any headstone?
Not necessarily. Cemetery, monument and property rules vary. Ask the cemetery or site owner for permission and confirm a suitable method with the relevant professional before installing anything.
What happens when someone scans the QR code?
A compatible phone opens the linked memorial using an internet connection. The QR code is a link, not a privacy control: anyone who can scan or receive it may be able to access the page according to its settings.
Is the medallion included in the plan?
No. The optional bronze medallion is an additional €89.00 in the euro catalogue, on top of the memorial plan. The final checkout displays the applicable charges before payment.
